NAVIGATING FAQs:

The following depicts an FAQ window:

 

 

The navigation arrows on the upper right corner work expectedly, taking you to the FAQ list (up arrow), or the next FAQ (right arrow). Since this is the very first FAQ, there is no left arrow pointing a previous. However, if you proceed to the next it will appear.

If you have employee privileges, you may add a new FAQ to the end, using 'Add FAQ' button at the bottom of the FAQ list (LeftNav->FAQs). If you don't see that button, log out and log back on as employee, or sales, or admin, any one of them will do. You may even try 'frankie' or the 'blonde'. They all have employee privileges.

Submitting a new FAQ is no different than the previous example. Using the familiar 'Cats' article of that little girl, if we submit it as a new FAQ, we will end-up in the faq window itself displaying the article:

 

 

Trying to refresh the browser at this point would attempt to re-post the form as explained earlier.

This is the whole story to the FAQ application. Similar to the Ticket Tracking, multiple instantiations of the FAQ application is very straightforward.
