DISCUSSION FORUMS:

Discussion Forums is a simple concept where an admin can create one or more discussion forums, under which multiple discussion topics, or simply topics may be debated. Members can 'post' to those topic, or, may create new topics. In a nutshell, a 'forum' may have one or more 'topics', and similarly a 'topic' may have multiple 'post's posted on it.

If you click on "Discussion Forums" on the left-navigation bar (LeftNav->DiscussionForums), you should see a window similar to this: (left-navigation bar is always available on the Bora Applications page. It is advised you should keep that page around in another browser window):

These are all the existing discussion forums. We'll show you how to create new forums in a moment. But for now let's click on the last one, 'Bora Applications'. You should see a window similar to this:

These are all the topics under the forum 'Bora Applications'. The left most column indicates the username of the poster, then comes a topic title and a post date. Let's click on the second topic: 'Missing functionality in TT', you should see it expanded in a new window:

What you see here is the content of this particular topic, and a list of post titles underneath. Now, there may be numerous posts on a given topic, however in this particular case there is only a single one, titled 'Ticket status'.

'All Topics' link on upper-right corner will take us back to the discussion forum and display all topics of the forum. So will the 'List Topics' button at the bottom.

Let's click on the post title, 'Ticket status' for now; it will take us to the content of the post:
