ORDER NOTES:

Let's assume there is something that should be known about this order. Click on the little notebook icon right next to the 'Notes' field in the order screen. A familiar window will pop up for us to enter notes:

By now we already now how to use this window with preview and all. Just add your comments and 'Submit'. It will enter the notes into the database and put us back into the Order window: (partial picture below)

This note is not private. It is not only visible to us, it is available to the customer as well. You may click on the title and view the content now.

We may enter as many notes as we need. They all will get listed in the order window.
